Considering whether the requirement is of slight or mild over pronation does the above video of Ghost suggets that it is any better than the GtS series

Need advice I am over pronate, but I want to try stability shoe and been eyeing up the nova last 4. I tried them on in a shop so bouncy compared to the Hoka Arahi 6 / gel kayano 29 I have currently. Would you say it recommend to try or stick to stability trainer only. Or be fine to put a stability insole in the shoe to help? Think the light weight and bouncy and feels quite supportive that it would be fine Thanks in advance Just find all the other stability trainer heavy and hard

As a forefoot runner I couldn't care less 😂. Rockered shoes force your feet into an unnatural position and encourage bad running technique.
